About Me

Refill Your Wellbeing With Reflexology

Vibrant Health Reflexology in Tadworth, Ashtead, Banstead Surrey UK

Hello, I am Priya and I welcome you to Vibrant Health Reflexology.

I am a qualified reflexologist who is passionate about reflexology and its wonderful holistic healing benefits.

Reflexology has been a part of my life for many years, as I used to have regular reflexology sessions, to help me relax and manage stress,  through all my years of studying and during my busy corporate career. In my life, whenever I have felt out of balance emotionally, mentally or physically, reflexology has helped me to return to my own natural state of well-being.

Over the years, I developed an active interest in holistic healing in general and decided to turn my passion into my vocation and re-train as a professional reflexologist.

My intention is to provide my clients with a deeply relaxing experience in a safe, comfortable and empathetic environment. I have a personal, dedicated therapy room in Tadworth, Surrey equipped with a high quality, extra wide, professional therapy bed, set in a calm and restorative ambience, to help my clients float off into a state of deep rest and relaxation. I also offer reflexology at two other locations: Ashtead Osteopathy Clinic in Ashtead, Surrey and The Natural Way in Banstead, Surrey.

To ensure I can offer a highly competent and professional service to my clients, I have followed a comprehensive training path and I have completed a one year, hands-on, Practitioner's Diploma Course in Reflexology. This included 105 hours of practical client sessions,  a Level 3 certification in Anatomy & Physiology and a certification in Workplace First Aid. I have passed all my Reflexology Theory & Practical exams and my Anatomy & Physiology exams with Distinction.

My training follows the Level 3 UK Core Curriculum as stated by the UK Reflexology Forum and the QCF (Qualification Credit Framework) standards.

I am also a MAR Therapist, which means, I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), an independent Professional Reflexology Association in the UK, who work with other external bodies and advisory groups to promote the highest standards in the profession. Being a MAR Therapist is a sign of assurance that the therapist has met the strictest standards of reflexology practice and that they are committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge.

As a Reflexologist, I am also registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council). This is a UK voluntary regulator for complementary therapists set up with government support, who protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists. The CHNC’s register has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. The public and those who commission the services of complementary healthcare practitioners can choose with confidence, by looking for the CNHC quality mark. General Medical Council guidance to doctors confirms that they are able to refer patients to practitioners on accredited registers – this includes CNHC registered Reflexologists. As a CNHC registered practitioner I have demonstrated that I meet UK wide standards and abide by a rigorous code of conduct.

As well as looking at what the foot is showing me when I am working on it, I can also intuitively sense what needs to be worked on, which is a skill I have developed over time.

Prior to re-training as a reflexologist, I graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc Hons degree in Business Management and worked for a number of years in Finance & Marketing.

As part of my own holistic healing journey, I also have a regular practice in Meditation, Mindfulness & Qi Gong, and I am part of a Women's Spiritual Group.

If you have any queries then please get in touch and I will be happy to answer them.

I look forward to helping you on your well-being journey.
